Return Policy

All of our products are brand new and factory tested for quality assurance.

Our products come with full manufacturer warranties.

Any defective product can be returned to the original manufacturer, (please see warranty card). Or you may return the product to us.

An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number is required.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items can be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS.

Merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking charge depending on condition of merchandise received. Returned Merchandise Authorization is valid for 14 days from date issued. All products must be returned in original boxes with all warranty information, cables, adaptors and any manuals that may have came with the product originally.

In Warranty Products

At our, Bayside Wireless Surveillance, Discretion will repair or replace the item only if proven defective in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days after the product shipping date to the customer. After that 30-day period warranties will need to be handled by the manufacturer. The Manufacturer terms and conditions are indicated on the warranty card shipped with the product. If the product has been discontinued we reserve the right to replace the product for one of equal specifications and same or more value.

Out of Warranty Products
If merchandise has been returned as defective and is no longer covered by Bayside Wireless Surveillance or the Manufacturer the customer will be notified of the replacement costs. If such notification has not been acknowledged within 14 days Bayside Wireless Surveillance reserves the right to dispose of the defective or out of warranty product. If the equipment has been found to be damaged by misuse, acts of nature or incorrect power supply all warranties will be considered void
